Yes, we got a pair of bikes under their £99 offer.
The bikes and accessories are basic but nothing wrong with them at all and perfect for "fair weather occassional" cyclists like us...
Thanks

Yes, great basic (but heavy) bikes - but that's after three calls to their customer services department who don't understand English (prob cause they're in Asia) and a month waiting for bits that weren't in the box - like pedals!
Also the paintwork was scratched on the frame.
Wouldn't touch them with a bargepole. Sorry!

Pretty good - and can't complain for the money (the locks, helmets and light sets would set you back a few quid in Halfords).
Bit of a faff attaching a wheel, handle bars and seat - the brakes are a bit of a fiddle as well.
My back wheel was a bit buckled, but after an email they sent another one out (including inner tude and tyre).
Both were a 'Universal' make.0 -
We bought these a few months ago and they were rubbish. My OH literally fell apart and he only used it a few times.
Don't know if it has been sorted out yet, but when we bought ours we also had other money deducted from our card. When I looked into it this had happened to several other people that had used Sterling House. Luckily I got the money back from my credit card company.0
