NO DONT DO IT!
They might be ok if everythings alright with the bike but not if you need to send it back and they won't refund you the £8.95 delivery cost.
It has taken me 2 months to get a refund from them - never again.

Me and hubby bought bike form them about 5 years ago, never had a problem with either bike.

The bike they sent me could not even be assembled as the tube that the handlebars should slot into was misshapen during manufacture.
I suppose I was unlucky but it still cost me £8.95 for the order and a nightmare to get my refund.

They are great. I've used them a few times and no problems, and it's the same story with the rest of my family and a few work mates

DONT DO IT!!

I have purchased a number of cycles from this company and have had nothing but problems. The cycles themselves are of very poor quality and you'll be very lucky if you receive one that is complete without any missing/broken parts. A common problem is for both the wheels to be so buckled the cycle is unuseable.

If you do need replacement parts which is fairly likely, you will find that there is no problem with the company agreeing to send them however when they finally arrive you'll probably find they are for a different cycle.

In my opinion, poor products, extremely poor customer service.

I had to resort to the small claims court in order to receive a refund.

They even suggested in writing that I could sell the wrongly delivered bike!
