I'm coming to the end of my Orange contract, I have my PAC code and want to unlock my Samsung D500, by trying the code on page 1 of this thread.

If I successfully unlock my phone, will the existing Orange SIM card still work for the remainder of my contract?
if the code works (which it prob wont as it only worked on the very early ones) it wont affect the use of your orange sim

I wonder if any one could help me unlock my o2 xda. - I was using Cantor Index a couple of years ago doing a little share dealing I got this included in the package so that I could keep track of my shares. Well they up'd and left me  don't know what I did wrong and now Ive got this o2 xda that is tied up. Went to the market today and the chap there said he could do it but it would cost me about £25 and would take an hour, he also told me to go back next week!!!

If I could unlock it before then and use it with my TMobile sim It would be great.

If any of you clever souls out there have any ideas I would appreciate them totally.

Thanks and hope you all have a suuper duuper weekend

couple of questions, if anyone can help.

I just got a Motorola V3 off ebay, which was on O2 and hadn't been unlocked. I've put my voda sim in and it works - do O2 usually not lock their phones to other networks or have I just fallen lucky?

Other question is can anyone recommend a decent mobile repair/unlocking shop/market stall in Manchester/Bury?

Hey thank you for this however I've just looked at the site and it is sooooo scary. It looks like I have a Wallaby???? and most of the threads dont unlock wallabys.

For the sake of being called a complete blonde :T could you possibly point me in a better direction please.

    Thank you so much

i dont know the exact model and s/w version of your xda so it would be hard for me to pick the correct program but this should make it easier for you to do

Hi. Before I but a flash cable or visit a market stall can anyone tell me if the following phone can be easily unlocked?

    Brand: Samsung
    Model: X460
    Simlock: Tesco

O2 sims dont work in it either, it asks for a "SP lock" password.

    Thanks
