Free codes for Unlocking Phones OTHER than Nokia's

Hi have read through posts and see that its not usually possible to unlock motorolas but thought I would check before I pay to have it done.

i have a samsung D500 and had privicy on my images and music files but i have forgotten the password to it please can someone help me so i can get into my files and change it to something i will remember

this should reset the code to 00000000 (8 zeros) without loosing the images

It is locked to Vodaphone and my sim is 02.

Orange may do the code if you got an orange sims in it (not sure if cost will be £15 or £20) Maybe able to get it done at a phone market stall but it may cost more than you'd have to pay Orange

Anyone know people are selling codes on ebay so is it possible to unlock this phone?
