not possible i'm afraid, they can only be unlocked with a box and testpoint jigs.

I have a samsung d500 on orange. Imei 355058006979495. The code in the first page does not appear to work, so I does this mean it will have to go to a shop for unlocking and if so is there anybody here close to Maidstone who can help.
