the z320i were only available on o2, and he's using an 02 sim,

therefore the problem is, sim not registered or phone is barred,

Yes I mean unlocking it, it is currently on Orange and I want to use a Virgin sim.

Anyone have any idea on how to unlock ???

thanks guys for all your help, ive unlocked it using my old phone sim card T mobile , think the o2 simcard must be faulty as put that in my old phone and it says insert sim! so must be a dodgy one!

Am new to this mobile thingy but pls be gentle............just ordered a samsung phone E570 and its arrived from the catalogue and its on virgin:rolleyes: i thought id ordered it from O2 as thats what im on.........anyway before i decide anything and i do like the phone can it be unlocked to O2.....please can anyone help:o
