Not with free code but if you have a usb cable you can unlock it using the software you can download here

you will have to pay tmobile for the code, as it is a db2020 handset and cannot be unlocked by anyone but the network

You will ahve to contact T-Mobile directly for the unlocking code as no free codes are availbale for these phones.

I have an Alcatael OT E 801 that is locked on Orange PAYG.
Does anyone know how I can unlock it so I can use my contract O2 sim ?

You will have to go to youer local pro unlocker or car boot where you can unlock it for around £5, there are no codes that can unlock these phones.

Thanks but it didnt work ,do you need to have a signal as we do not have one in our area? Would have to drive down the road.

It doesn't need a signal, you need to enter the code without a sim card in the phone, it does not work on all the a800's and if it doesn't work without a sim card in then you will have to get it unlocked by pro unlocker/car boot where they will charge around £5
