Ooh much posher than ours, I have to admit I've never tried to drive our Bedford. She has a dogs leg gearbox and that frightens me almost more than her bulk.
Glad its all sorted. My mortgage free diary: https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6498069/whoops-here-comes-the-cheese

Glad its all sorted.
I've spent rather more than I intended RedoBut I think I've got pretty much everything I wanted with the lowest risk that can be managed, so it works for me.
Van is automatic and it takes a bit of getting used to - I keep waving my left hand about aimlessly at junctions :rotfl:.Debt free May 2016... DFW#2 in progress

Ooh how exciting Rosa - and yes, I'm also quite jealous! It's something we've talked about but ultimately we're not going to be doing Hebrides trips in something like that, so at the moment it's a bit pointless for us. Once we're in the Hebrides though I can see something like that in our future I admit! In the mean time I shall live it vicariously through your adventures with yours! :T🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Thanks EH
I'm astonished how many people are really excited by it - there are two colleagues begging me to bring it to work! I was assuming everyone would just think I was loony! :rotfl:
Hoping to do some wanderings in the far north and north west - after some nearer trips though.

Belated Sunday shuffle report is basically :eek:, all due to van expenses - added to today with a mains charger! So will probably just borrow out of the buffer fund and build it back up.
Otherwise have been fairly good - a few house bits, as I've switched some curtains around and decided today that I did want to swop a lampshade and photo frames. All cheap enough in itself though as very plain. Once the van project is sorted I think my next things will be fitness and better food.

Oh wow a camper! We would love one, only DP is into ancient VW's whereas I like newer shiny things so we have yet to agree on anything.
At the minute he has a 70s vw beetle which I am too scared to sit in, I'm convinced it will fall apart and we will be stranded somewhere!!
Have you planned any trips yet?
