yes it just got me thinking somehow all those poor people who may work i call centres etc and rightly just doing their job and get people putting the phone down on themn etc. At least who ever makes these calls knows they are going to get a good reaction from the person on the other end!

  • I'm not sure how ITV draw a winner, but do you enter multiple times at once, or spread over several days? Does it make a difference?
:starmod: Everything will be ok in the end; if it's not ok, it's not the end :starmod:

A HUGE thank you to all that post competitions

I always do my entries all at once, otherwise I'd forget to do them or forget how many I'd done! I'm not sure whether it makes a difference but I doubt it would, at the end of the day you have 3 / 6 entries for your number, out of thousands and thousands, I don't suppose it matters whether your entries are all together or not, each one has as much / little chance of getting drawn as any other!

Winner selection (Totally random regardless of entry method)
ITV operates an independently developed winner selector tool under licence from a third party.
This is known as inner Selector’ and is a market leading solution used for managing many
competitions across the UK. The Winner Selector works by taking in all entries to a competition
from each entry route, and assigning a unique random number to every entry. This is done
independently of the original entry method, and assures that each entry has the same chance of
being selected, irrespective of the method of entry.
  • I always do mine all at once
