Could I just ask of the winners, did you enter the full answer or just the A, B or C on your entry form? There seems to be some discussion about which is acceptable to win.

I had a heart stopping moment! I got a phone call this morning from a phone number that wasn't in my contacts. I answered -

"Hello, is this Miss ****** ********?"
"Yes! are you going to tell me I've won thousands of pounds?!"
"Errrr... no. I'm from the university. Would you like to help us out with a petition tomorrow?"
"No, I'm going back to bed"

Iv never won anything, hopefully this is my year, im not greedy, but would love a few thousand to pay some bills off. x

I use Virgin, which is much the same as Googlemail. Go to Settings, along the top is a 'Filters' tab, click on that and at the bottom it says 'Create a New Filter'. Click on that and I get a box open which has the option to 'include the words'. I have the words 'winner' and 'congratulations' so that any emails with those words in automatically go to my inbox and have a star next to them.

I don't know how all this compares to other email accounts but I imagine it's something similar, using 'settings'.

Bit of a random thought but I wonder whether it is always the same person in the office at ITV who does the phone calls to cash prize winners? Just think that must be a great job breaking such great news to people!!!

No I think it is different people. When I won and called back (I had been away at the time and had 3 missed calls) I was told it was "X" calling me and she would get her to call, however it was a different girl who did call me back. Cannot remember their names now.

I also remember another winner saying it was a very nice man called James who had called them.

Must be a brilliant job though
