I'm sure I answered everything that was asked in post #4...?

I paid using a debit card and the website was called lampickup

lampickup.com was registered in October 2012 and the registrant details look dodgy.

The site has no contact details except a gmail address and one of their payment options is Western Union.

It's a toss up whether you will get fake goods or nothing at all, but I'm tending more towards the latter I'm afraid.

I would speak to your bank and explain the situation - tell them that you believe that they will not send you any goods and see what you say. They might insist that you wait a while to see if anything turns up.

I wouldn't of usually gone with the website but it was recommended by a friend that actually received goods from the website.

I'd be willing to wait the 15 which dalesrider said.

Will there be a high chance that I will lose my money and I will have to get on with my day?

If you know someone that has actually received goods from them then it might be OK. The goods will be fake, but if you can live with that.

Ask you friend how long it took for them to get their goods, that will at least give you an idea of delivery times.

But as i stated earlier 9/10 they would be fake and could be sitting in a container in a customs warehouse waiting to be destroyed

Does chargeback still apply if you pay through a third party?

A lot depends on who the 3rd party is.
These chinese companies seem to use diffrent ones all the time, but that causes no issues.

But if its through the likes of PayPal or Google pay. Then it can create issues.
We would advise to try and resolve with these co's 1st. But if it is not then a chargeback can be attempted.
But, and it is a big BUT... It can be rejected by the likes of PP or google on the basis that they supplied what was asked of them , move the money. And that they are not supplying the goods.

The money was transferred through 'realypay' I've tried contacting them but they are not replying to any e-mails either, has anyone had any experience with that company before?

Carrying out a chargeback would be done through contacting my bank, correct?
Is it a long drawn out process or is it fairly simply and easy to do?
