Scammed Online?

What am I able to do if I think I've been scammed online? The company is not replying to my e-mails or making any contact back to me whatsoever. The transaction was done through a company called 'Realypay' which apparently is the Chinese equivalent of Paypal although I've never heard of it. I've tried emailing the Realypay company aswell but they are also not replying.

What would I have to do in order to get my money back?

Thanks

No communication at all, no tracking, no confirmation e-mails from the merchant

I think you're missing the point of my post, I said what can I do if I THINK I've been scammed so I am able to know my options if I have actually been scammed.

It was a merchant based in china for a pair of trainers, there is nothing on the website about delivery terms except for the companies that they use to ship their products, nothing about delivery times or anything.

when did you order and pay for the trainers.

Also trainers from China are most likely counterfeit so they could be sitting in a UK customs warehouse.

is their any reviews on the company

The money went out of my bank account around 3 days ago, there is no reviews on the company which make it even worse but I'm just making sure I know my options if it does get to the point that I have been scammed, take into account I am not saying at this moment in time that I have been scammed, it's merely a precaution.

Maybe they took the money before despatch and delivery could take a couple of weeks from then.

Will waiting a certain amount of time affect what I can do in the case of wanting to get my money back? I know some sites say that after a certain number of days have elapsed there is nothing that can be done about it?

Why do you refuse to answer the question posed in #4....

    If you paid via card.
THen you have to wait 15 days from the date of debit to be able to chargeback for non reciept.
If you cancel the order, then there is no non reciept option.

If you paid via other method then give some information for people to go on and assist you..
Never ASSUME anything its makes a

    ++1

@OP - If you want people to help you need to provide them with information/details

Does chargeback still apply if you pay through a third party?

@OP You are buying through a Chinese website then there are 3 likely outcomes.
    1. You will be scammed and receive nothing
    2. You will receive fake goods
    3. You will receive legitimate goods but they will take a while to arrive

Number 3 is the least likely outcome.

    So -

How exactly did you pay - i.e credit card or bank transfer?
    What was the website?
