Burns is the best dried food.

Smilla is excellent wet food on sale @ Zooplus - v cheap & often there are deals on it.

Mouse loves Bozita - I buy the tetrapaks for her, she clears the bowl!

Newton will also eat it but is more of a fan of dry food.

I feed our cats Royal Canin, indoor 27 and the kitten varieties, although they eat each others at times. Never had any problems with it, I just leave a bowl of each out for them to graze on during the day and then they have wet food for breakfast and tea.

We had a couple of bowls of water down stairs and have found our kitten licking the condensation off the landing window some mornings so we also put one upstairs too.... still find him licking windows though :o

I read the back of the Royal Canin wet food packs and they stated Animal Dereritives(?sp) of 4%!

I've bought them some Purely wet kitten food from P@H just until I see what kind of things they like and let them settle in a little. :)

Thanks for all your suggestions. I've looked at them all and taken them all on board and will be buying a few of each to see which has best reviews with them :)

....now just to tell OH that there's 2 cats coming home tomorrow and not just 1.... do be do *walks away whistling with an innocent look*...

don't change the food too often - can give them upset tummies. They don't need variety in terms of flavours either - that's human thinking. Cats like & prefer routine.

Butcher's classic is also higher in meat than Whiskers - not sure if it's similar in meat content to Bozita though?

I used to order Bozita (get Butcher's classic now as can get from supermarket), and I would advise to order the tetra packs. I used to order tins and had a few batches where the food exploded everywhere when I opened a few of the tins and it absolutely STUNK! That might have been resolved now but wouldn't want similar happening to others.
