EX MIL is dragging her heels in coming down, but fortunately/unfortunately DD2 is not in College today (self inflicted, sympathy in short supply) so if I get into trouble she can at least call ambulance and retrieve DS by train if necessary

Afternoon all, still lurking but still flying too. No snow here (thank you); it rained hard this morning but I still went walking and it looks as though it's brightening up now. The rain has stopped and I've refilled the bird feeder/table. Kitchen, living room, hallway and stairs all done this morning and washing draped round.0

We've got quite a covering of snow. It's just stopped here but the sky looks full. I would say we've had about an inch in terms of what is on the car, but less than that has settled on the roads . paths.
The kiddies were well pleased this morning, so wellies on and a walk to nursery. My mum has just called, she is working a late shift so has asked if she can stay here tonight if its bad conditions, I'm nearer to her work than she is.

Done loads of washing (almost at the bottom of the basket now) and the ironing is progressing well. Have been to the paid stuff, done bits of shopping, made lunch for 3 and decluttered DD2 to work.
Am about to slurp a cuppa and then back to the ironing.....:jFlylady and proud of it:j0
