I like this thread. I've been thinking about getting organised for a very long time,:o and earlier today had decided that I needed a schedule. This has really helped!

I'm washing, and drying bedlinen to put back on the beds today, but will do most of level 1 downstairs, declutter, and hoover (will hoover upstairs too). I need to tackle the bedrooms, but will do so another day. Really glad stumbled upon this, I will get organised!
New forum. New sig. Yes I still need to lose 2 stone!

    In my HHC I have

    - S&S'd kitchen
    - cleaned spillage off hob
    - cleared breakfast table of everything that landed on it yesterday
    - sorted washing
    - started WM load 1 (nearly finished!), with 2 more to go
    - moved 4 heavy crates full of eB@yable stuff from the study to the DR (now aka shop)
    - cleared my study floor
    - watered the pot plants
    - wrote 2 birthdays in my diary: thanks for reminding me macpep) :)
    - sent a FB message wishing another friend Happy birthday today

My study already looks better than it has done for months, but the RoD accolade now goes to the dining room - I must get down to serious eB@ying this week or take all the stuff to the CS.

How did you get on, mineallmine and CY?

Will attempt to fit in another HHC at lunchtime, but will have to concentrate on the written stuff now.

More :coffee: first! Please help yourselves :coffee: :coffee: :coffee:
    Wow! Loads done! :j

Our dining table is tooting up too. How about a 15 mins attack at lunchtime. :)
:) Declutter 300 things in December challenge, 9/300. Clear the living room. Re-organize storage

I shall once again be doing as much as my joints/muscles allow this week.

Whatever else happens, I must put the Dys0n round today; the lounge carpet is covered in Black Lab hairs! Jessie went home a short while ago, so it's now worth while doing, as she won't re-cover it as soon as I've got it all up.:D

Now have to await an email to find out who my next guest will be, and when they will be coming.;)

I've poo-picked the garden, managed not to stand in any:eek: (not easy to see, with the covering of snow).

I need to make some pizza dough, so better get on with that too, in a moment.:o

Take care if you're going out, and stay warm, everyone.:o

  • Not too much snow here.

We had very little when you posted this, but it's now been snowing steadily since 10am :snow_laug

First batch of marmalade oranges prepared and cooking in the Rayburn.

Lots of admin done on behalf of my mother.

Going to do a HHC then warm up some soup :coffee:

    Afternoon all

    I have
    WMx1
    Been to Mr M
Dropped to sacks of stuff at the scrap store
    Fed the birds
    HHI - basket now empty
Put most of the shopping away

Just have a 15 minute break then onto paperwork and 15 minutes putting away in the kitchen. Also need to finish the couple of ebay listings I bunged on late last night.

Snowing heavy here now but not settling on the roads/paths atm.

Brrrrr, been sat still typing for an hour and a 1/4 and now cold so need to get moving - will do lunch and then attack the housework. Wanted to get the paid stuff out of the way first. Oh, before I did the typing I did the normal WM and making bed type stuff and loaded DW.

    Anyone want a cuppa?!!
