    Duplicated post - sorry!
  • Hi all, am going to try and join in this week, although tomorrow am out most of the day and then at work in the evening so may not achieve much. Most of my rooms are rooms of doom so my progress may not be great but hey I gotta start somewhere!
  • I'm in again this week, thanks Dusty for the list.

OH as come home and told me MIL has offered me her old car. As I am learning to drive and though I am so grateful for the offer given how tight money is at the we just can afford it at the moment. OH was insisting that I'm just being negativeso I sat down and showed him the budget.

By the way, thanks Bonnie for the recommendation on the other thread for toilet cleaner - I think we've got a local Poundland so will check that out too.

Cheers Dusty. Hope I do better than last week, I really need that kick up the proverbial. Working Mon/Wed/Thus and got some freelance work to plan, but will manage some flying sometime, promise.

    Hi folks

I'm a stalwart of the messies thread but somehow I've managed to stay on top of the worst of the mess for a few weeks now. I'm thinking its time I gave flying a fighting chance - started lurking last week but I feel like this week is the week I ought to take the plunge!

As we've got radiators on the opening list, I'm taking that as a sign that this is definitely the week for me to start - we're doing a major house renovation which includes new plumbing throughout. The gas connection was finally made last week and this week the boiler is going to be connected :j so the radiators in the *finished* part of the house need to be cleared of the stuff that has been stored on them for the last year.

We're also a few weeks from adding another large room into the *finished* space so I should really learn the flying habit while we're still living in a small part of the house :D
