Just popping back in to say utility room wasn;t filthy, it was "boggin" (insert your local phrase for "oh my word, this is rather nasty"). I rediscovered my wellies behind the veg rack, covered in cobwebs (didn't need them last winter) so they had a good vacuum inside and out, and just as well as it is snowng like the devil here atm. Sticking on cars and walls, but not yet on the Cresta run. Have also discovered the odd sock black hole . . . If you want them back, Pm me, they can't all be ours:eek:
Still, snow permitting I shall, like Moorhen, go to see Les Mis this week, such a treat on a school night.
Probably won't get much chance to post again this week, so shall wish you all happy w/c 14 Jan and will lurk when I can. Speak to you all soon.

unclebryn you can keep your snow! We do not - I repeat NOT want it in MK, thank you so very kindly!

Dunno what was going on with OhTwo earlier, but neither Mr LW nor I could get our email til a few moments ago.:(

I now have to prise him off a gaming site, where there's some American bird twitting on, sounding rather like Daffy Duck on speed!:think: I have no objection to him looking at gaming sites (as long as he tells me if there's anything of interest);) but OMG that woman's voice!!!!!!:eek::eek:

We've just watched (at Mr LW's request) "Blandings" on FleaBeeCee One - Mr LW is a PG Wodehouse afficionado. It wasn't bad I suppose; I suspect I'd enjoy the book more than the programme.

I'm going to suggest a couple of hours playing Skyrim, I think - if I have to listed to Daffy Duckette much longer, I won't be responsible for my actions.......:cool::cool::cool:
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

LW - I have just watched Blandings and thought it was quite good. I was thinking at the time that I really should read some Wodehouse books as they would be better than the programme.

The snow from this morning has all gone, washed away during the day, just some left on the hills. Hopefully we wont get any more as forecast for tomorrow.

I have spent all day doing nothing apart from hanging 3 pictures on the wall and cooking tea. I have spent all day watching tv, surfing and catching up on programmes on the iplayer. I have to say I have quite enjoyed it. Went for a bath around half 2 and put clean pjs on!

    Take care. XX
