When I enter my card details to obtain my credit report it will not let me. What do I do now?
Is it fixable or what disasters is to come next?

I bought my first phone contract a few years ago at 00:01 on my 18th birthday (yes, it's sad...) with nothing on my credit file but the electoral roll and a Next credit account (Next wouldn't let me order a £5 pair of slippers as I was under 18 at the time so put in a fake DOB - it was only recently I found even though I paid in full on a card they set up a credit account anyway!)I am surprised you passed the credit check for a contract.
You would have needed some previous credit history, be resident at your address for a number of years and usually need to be on the electoral roll at that address.Nothing I say represents any past, present or future employer.0 -
