Manchester to Zakynthos - sorry, meant to add that!
Feed your info into
http://www.antonakis.co.uk/acars.php?page=request
will show your flight probably operated by G-MONK ~ send email to antonakis if flight details not there (timing) but I will look into activities of NK on 13/06/13.
Edit > checked and your flight is there. Send the email to the address as shown and you should receive in return the UTC times for your flight. Also note the return flight which appears to show a delay which would tie in with your own record.0 -
Thanks, I will give it a go and keep you all posted.0

We were delayed about 8 hours due to the plane that was scheduled for our flight being diverted to another flight which had a technical fault. We had to wait at Malaga until the plane arrived from Gatwick - it took some time to get this information from the agents and we only managed to do this when my husband went back to talk to the airline handling agents. We received a cheque each for £342.42. There was no explanation - just a cheque. Monarch were fairly prompt with their response.0

Monarch flight ZB595 Faro to Manchester 16th September 2012 Monarch airlines refused to accept our claim when our flight was delayed by over 3 hours. Their excuse was the aircraft was struck by a ground handling vehicle which caused damage rendering the aircraft unserviceable, so as the delay was caused by an extraordinary circumstance that could not have reasonably been prevented by Monarch Airlines. I'll give them one thing it only took 1 month to kick our claim into touch.

Research 'Principal & Agent'.
In your case Monarch are the Principal.
The ground crew are the Agent.
Monarch (the Principal) hired the Agent to perform a task.
Therefore the Agent was acting for Monarch, therefore it was within Monarchs control.
Monarch have a third party claim against the agent for causing the damage, but that's of no concern to you.
Write back (NBA) rejecting their excuses and give them notice that you'll be going to court if they don't reconsider.0 -
Hi,
I was on a Monarch flight back in June (MON5028 13/06), due to leave at 10am, but didn't go till 14:01...
Second, on the Monarch form I have to complete, there's a box for actual arrival time. I don't know that to the exact minute...
Whilst you should be able to establish the times thanks to 111KAB's excellent footwork, it actually doesn't matter. In the claim box you can put TBD (to be determined) or 'over 3 hours'. (or both)
Either is satisfactory in order to simply commence the claim..0 -

That's great, thanks to you both for the assistance. I will complete the forms and get them sent back this week. Fingers crossed!0 -
Sorry for asking about something that I vaguely remember seeing answered before, but I've searched the forums and couldn't find the answer.
I've received a copy of Monarch's defence from the court (Monarch having failed in their obligation to send me a copy). It's basically the same sort of rubbish that others have already posted & got advice on this thread, but nevertheless I would like to post the defence and ask a couple of questions about it.
I scanned the document into a PDF file, but the text is just a photographic image. My scanner doesn't do OCR. What can I use to turn this into editable text that I can paste here?
Thanks0 -

Hi all
My apologies if this has been answered in a previous thread.
My claim for a 22 hour delay to Monarch flight dep LGW in Nov 2006 to Goa has been rejected. Delay due to a leaking fuesellage. They stated in rejection that too much time had passed after the event, I'd made the claim too late. I made the claim in Dec 2012 after reading guidelines here.
Please can someone advise if I hve a valid reason to appeal? many thanks.:A0
