I have contacted the company via email and took pics of toy for them.
If i get no joy (this is their 2nd chance) then i WILL go to tranding stands.
I dont feel that the answer i got is at all exceptable, and i will not let this lie until i have a good enough answer from the company.:mad:
Like so many of you have said what would have happened if i wasnt in the room i dread to think.

Please don't give them a second chance before you contact Trading standards, the next child that chews the toy might not be as lucky as your daughter, and might not get a second chance, you must report it tomorrow.0

I don't understand their argument that a 'from birth' toy is not suitable for an 8 month old baby - at what point did it become unsuitable? When she was a month old? A day? As soon as the umbilical cord was cut?! Utterly absurd.0
