Although our garden is relatively small I've grown a few large trees from seed in the last 30 years. (Mainly Eucalypts and Birch). Some have got a bit too big but I leave felling them to my qualified nephew (Hortic/Agric Degree) who has all of the right gear for climbing etc. Once on the ground I take over.:)

I liked the trees but for practical reasons they had to go.....my dream of being as self sufficient as possible ( or as my lovely old neighbour puts it 'the good life' :rotfl: )

I bet your nephew makes a good living! Last year a work colleague of mine paid over £100 to have an apple tree cut down:eek:and she let the cutter downers take the wood away:eek: and she thought they had done her a favour!! I didn't slap her.....but I felt like it:rotfl:

Still trying to get my head round these prepaid cards at Boots
Which cards are available or is there only 1 type.
I have been on their website but no information on there.
    Thanks.

Not seen the boots one, but i used to have an o2 credit/pre pay card... Its a little like a top up gas/leccy/mobile card. You get it swiped with the credit you want putting on. Then can use it as a credit card in shops online etc...

are the PayPal and prepay Visa cards that you buy in boots these ones?

    https://www.3vprepaid.com/help-3V-gift-cards.html?tk=18

If so have a look at the T&C before you buy (Im a total T&C geek with everything:o )

I may have the wrong cards? but if these are the ones you need to read the T&C before buying loads of them. There's also a section there about PayPal giftcards

Now that you mention I did see this type of card. But there are others that you don't have to register. ;)

To be fair, that could be an interesting conversation in a bureau de change. In interesting one could be premium bonds if you had rather a lot of money to throw at it..
