Thank you for this. I have explained - but they are really not wanting to listen, or be patient. I have been polite in all my emails. I got the impression from their very first message that they didn't want the item anymore either; I'm not too fussed about that. If they had just said that I would have happily obliged. All his emails say I am the problem, it's reasonably aggressive stuff. Best out of it I think. If I get bad feedback I guess I can take it to the help section. Not sure he'll do that though as he must be savvy enough to know I can show otherwise.
