There are apps which let you dial 0800 0845 numbers "through" them, so you don't need to use that app to look things up and then dial the alterniative.

I've just downloaded the BT smartTalk app - thanks to the OP; I can make any call as if it is from my home phone, very useful as we have anytime calls. So when I'm abroad with wifi, I can make calls as if I'm at home.
and if your not with bt?:(

Me too - although he's not top of my list, he's pretty high!!!

    Let me guess-
    1. Mick
    2. Bruce
    3. Elvis

Where does OH fit in the list?

Fantastic thank you. The buyer is sending unpleasant emails to me, so I just wanted to check I should stick to my guns and not send until that confirmation comes. I just hope the buyer doesn't give me a bad rating now :(

Have you asked the buyer how they paid?
If you explain the situation then they shouldn't leave you bad feedback. The worst thing about eBay is when buyers or sellers don't get in touch to let you know what's going on. Remember to get proof of postage (free from the post office) saved my backside a few times!!!!
2 years since my OH gave up smoking - total saving approx £5475!!!! :T
  • I've got both mine and OH's laptops open along with my ipad (for printing vouchers, cough cough, from both our accounts ;) and checking MyS. But i can't multitask, i keep trying to touch the laptop screen and wonder why it's not working :p. Too confusing all this money saving.:money:

You know that's what comes to my mind - that due to this weirdo, I think I'm never telling anyone I am an mse here...therefore I may miss out bumping into one of you lovelies in the future:(

Nothing wrong in asking if somebody is a friend of Martin's but I wouldn't give my id out to anyone in store until they posted on here to say some nutter asked if I was a friend of Martin's in store today!:rotfl:
