Dishwashers emptied and one reloaded. Yes, 2 dishwashers - the luxury. Very practical - 1 dirty, 1 clean and cheaper than installing 2 cupboards as bought both off fleabay (£40 and £60) - Ikea stainless steel splashback (£5) cut down for integral doors - fantastic.
Can highly recommend getting 2 dishwashers to anyone having a kitchen refit.
Eeeeek! I haven't even got room for 1 in my kitchen, let alone 2!

It is much easier just to give in and accept that these three despicable characters will continue to call you every variation of FF that they can think of. Look at me, I have a perfectly good username and all I get is DJ, Dumpy, Grumpy etc!! How hard is it really to type FF or SFSB??
Anyway, at least we are both still young and extremely attractive, traits I doubt any of the aforementioned trio can claim!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
How dare you blacken the character of the Three Amigos and make such unwarranted claims:rotfl::rotfl:Awaiting a new sig0 -

Neither do I now
its more of a mess than when I started.
Should never go looking through boxes wardrobes etc
LOL, that's such a slippery slope to go down.
I usually find I fill carrier bags with stuff for charity, the rest goes back in the wardrobes and drawers and somehow it still takes up all the space it did! go figure?!Historic Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

Glad your dd made it back safe. morning everyone x
Thanks cjj, we were so worried when we realised she had actually booked the last train from london back to stoke. I was having kittens it would be cancelled.
I did not realise until she had gone that ticket restrictions had been lifted on Virgin trains but would have been no good as they were not lifted on South West trains yesterday so she could only get the one she had booked back from Poole. She left at 5.30pm and got back to halls at 12.45! Worse bit was taxis were not taking bookings because of the weather, she had to ring for one once she got there and the station shut and chucked her out in the snow to wait.
We have told her she must book earlier trains next time. That was an experience I do not want to repeat.0 -

LOL DH would wonder what I've been up to if I did that as he knows I've never polished anything
Aha, there's list, but I don't want to tidy the bedroom!!
DH work tried that on many years ago, so we just went on holiday anyway
Hope you get it sorted out.
Neither do I. A year and a bit ago we had the warm air heating replaced with another unit, which meant that due to new regs we had to have a straight flue, which meant a large pipe going up the wall of DDs room, which meant she had a good excuse to totally change her room. She evicted a decent desk and a bookcase, which I kept because DS had left home the year before and kept saying they would be getting their own house soon, these would be very useful in a spare room.
Bookcase is on landing, desk is on my side of the bedroom. DS's room is still full of his stuff, everything now needs decorating and that can't happen till DS empties his room, we can then decorate that (he painted it brown and red the year before he left home, made an awful job of it too), move the furniture in there, then we can access the areas that need decorating upstairs. But we are still waiting on DS and his fiancee to get their own place :mad:
Absolutely ZERO chance of tidying our room :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
None here, I am returning my snow dance for a refund:mad: problem is main roads are clearish but Ihave to get car off drive and around icy estate to get to them., am a little bit scared but it is all on the flat until I get towards the school.
FloFlo hope you managed it ok, I still get scared now when that happens around here and I have been driving for over 25 years now.0
