Apparently if your wheels start spinning it means the car is trying to hard to grip and turning the traction off gives more chance that the car will move on. :shrugs: I'm female, what do I know other than it works.

No more snow in Cambridge today. It chucked it down until about 9 pm last night though so there's plenty of it around. Me and the boy will be having some playtime in the garden shortly :D

Morning all. Snow report here as per neosi above. Primary school just up the road is closed. Watched the little lad from across the road playing in the snow yesterday. First thing he did was scoop up a big handful and try to eat it :rotfl:

 this morning as DH has just phoned. We booked our holiday recently and now his work are saying he almost certainly won't be able to have the time off - after agreeing it would be ok. Will hopefully know more later

Bar stewards! hope you get it sorted.

Hope its just a mistake & DH's work let him have the holiday how :mad::mad::mad: I was never allowed more than 2 weeks at a time & friends could always have more, no begging & pleaded helped imagine having to leave friends on a skiing trip in Switzerland or in America & having to come home alone
