Before Traveling in the Snow always pack the following: warm coat, hat, gloves, sturdy boots, a blanket to keep you warm if you get stuck. Take some food, chocolate, biscuits, water and a hot drink if you can. Always carry a fully charged mobile, and some old bits of carpet, or cat litter, to put under the tyres I must have looked like a right idiot on the bus today

    This made me laugh viv:D

You also need something to have a widdle in ! Several years ago I got stuck for hours - the men could easily find a handy bush and turn their backs, MUCH harder for the women.

True, but in extremis try opening both doors on the passenger side and go between them (and if you have a passenger you could get them to stand in front of you, just to cover all bases :)). Or learn to pee standing up, a little girl on a school trip I accompanied once did this to our astonishment, it is possible :D.
    Hope is not a strategy.

  • Hi everybody,

Stumbled across this part of the site.....hope i am welcome to join you all. :)
Been reading since 1 week now.....
Saw a good offer in Tesco Express last night...made me pluck up the courage and post..

REGINA ROLL 64p......Usually get half price offer at £1.24 sometimes but 64P is a bargain for such a huge roll....

Hope this helps......sorry if you guys already know about this offer. :o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o:o

There is a test. You have to be an absolute nutcase and willing to dash out the door as soon as a glitch is discovered, that's the way you get bottles of Ogio for £1.50, cereal for next to nothing etc :)

On that note, you have asked to join so you must be nuts! Welcome to the nuthouse :p:):D

Congrats for your son tweets, that will be a real weight off his mind (and yours).

Not watching it. What channel is it on? I was 9 at the time and we lived on a farm about 5 miles from town and school. We did not gho to school for about 8 weeks as I remember. We went sledging all day every day. Such Fun!!!
