I forgot to say, I picked up my free WW cookery book from WHS:)
They only had a few left. If you have the offer on your phone I wouldn't wait too long to use it as it might expire. I lost out on the free pizzas and a few other things because I waited too long. The early bird and all that...:)0 -

For instance I have seen many a person buy something in Asda (hair product thingy) and spend £10 and get an APG back of say £9.50 and put on a stupid jump up and down smilie and say they spent 50p.
Two days later they go to Asda and spend say £12 on some great bargains they find and post that they also used an APG of £9.50 so they only spent £2.50.
This is obviously utter rubbish unless they are now realising that they spent £10 on a hair product that they never really wanted in the first place.
You can't have it both ways.
Just winds me up how thick people can be and I would rather vent my ire on here and save the nice stuff for my wife and kids.

If not a glitch this seems like a cracking deal to me
From a womble dated 3 hours and some minutes ago
AvM
2 x Walkers Classic Variety (22x25g)£8.14£2.50
Customer definitely paid £8.14 with no multibuy showing on receipt. The possible glitch here is that APG thinks 2 packs of these are really only £2.50 in M (the M price of £2.50 is red so you have to buy multiples of 2 to get this result)
Does that seem right?
The price of these crisps is £4.07 for 1 pack in A and 2 for £6.50 in both T and S. Is M really 2 packs for just £2.50?
Knowing that I can get 44 packs of Walkers crisps for £2.25 I'll be recycling a lot of my APGs today. They'll go great with all my coke
I can't find them at all on M's site but then it's always a nightmare to plan a comparison shop against M's.
It does sound a very good deal though, that can't be the right price surely?Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be
And get lots of glitches!0 -
Just got 100% confirmation from my favourite SA that the Boots 75% sale is tomorrow
:T:T:T:TSo no peeking through windows for me tonight, early night and alarm set:) So funny it's all very cloak and dagger and it was whispered to me. Me and Nannylala might just have squirrelled a few bits in corners in there;):o
whoop, whoop:j thanks for confirming0 -
On the debate of gift cards, my DD got one for £10 at primark and I think at her age (12) if she had been given £10 it would have been wasted. She was very happy with the gift card.0

I am sorry but I do not see why you think your OH is more important than anyone else, lots of people are on daily medication that they cannot live without but they do not demand a 3 month supply at a time, even when some medication is in short supply the system enables all chemists to get adequte supplys without stock piling, a repeat prescription will usually give 28 days supply having more than this means there is not always enough money in the budget to give everyone else the medication they need , likes of logie then has to suffer a trip to the GP every other week.
i did not demand this the consultant told him that he need 3 months worth , my o/h wouldnt live with out the tablests - thanks for your concern but you have no idear what iv been throu so plz dnt be rude and make out im demanding when i was just doing what my o/h was told to get , AND MAKING SURE HES STILL ALIVE , i got shirty with them do not mean i demanded it means what i put i coplained and made sure they knew i wasnt going any where ,
i dont think my o/h is more important that other ppl but i do think hes more important than a junkie and most the time wasters going to get paracetamol when they are 18p in the shop:mad::mad:
the chemis and doctors shuld give what s been scriptd for onced checked with consultant (if needed) but they just complaied about the £140 on one tablet every day and the fact that he need lots of tablets that arnt cheap . i think they shuld be ashamed of them selves and tbh you to as you have no idear what iv been throu and why i need 3 months worth ,
logie is not going to the gp to get medicen because i get 3 months worth of tables shes goign coz her doc /chemist are rubbish and need to do as her consultant (the one with the higher qualifcations, and actualy seen and diagnosed her and give the medication and amout as thats what they see best ,0 -

I know there are worse things, like being at the lower ebbs of the premiership and to see my team grab 3 points in the last 8 minutes on Saturday to plummet your lot of fake hoops back to the bottom of the pile.0
