Just finished work (I'm able to lurk, post and work at the same time luckily) and have to say please stop the bickering. This thread and others have been through so much and come out the other side, we do not need it to deteriorate back into what it was.

I have a family and friends but I also have you guys who, although I haven't met you, I consider to be friends to. You have offered me support in the troubles I have been going through and I enjoy reading your posts about your general lives as well as glitches etc.

I have to say that I didn't find the comment about gift cards offensive as I actually feel the same way now. Although I have brought them in the past, the way things are going economically and businesses closing down, cash or say love to shop vouchers are probably a safer bet.

People are always going to have different opinions, however there is a way to voice these without being arrogant and rude and belittling the views of others.

As for smilies, I use them to show emotion in my text. The written word can be difficult to understand in terms of this and I guess this is why MSE put them there to use.

I try to treat everyone, whether in real life or on Internet forums with respect. This forum gives me a respite from the troubles in my life and so I try to keep my posts as upbeat as I can.

As for pulling people up on spelling errors, okay, the misuse of words bothers me but I know that the people on the other end of the post may have dyslexia, their first language may not be English, that they may not be very good with computers or any other host of things can play a factor into why they have used the wrong word or used the wrong spelling.

As the motto at the top of the page says "be nice to all money savers", this is the ethos I try to go by. Although I may vent and occasionally feel like I'm banging my head off a brick wall, I don't use nasty and snide comments to dispel this feeling. I just wish other people could do that too.
:D Coupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D

:j A coupon for a free item that is price glitched in Mr T's to be cheaper than Sada for an apg = HEAVEN :j

    :money: total = £47.48 cc = 413 selling stuff = £23.00 Floor pennies = £5.79

    Morning

Bit of a busy morning here. Baby Harry woke up at just gone 6 as he was snuffly but it meant I got up and sorted nice and early. DS1 at nursery today and Harry back down for a nap shortly after 8 so managed to get a load of washing done, kitchen and bathroom cleaned and living room dusted before my Drs appt at at 10 :j

GP bit annoying. Hour long delay sat in waiting room then she would only give me 10 days worth of my blood thinning injection and not on repeat prescription  Surely is a waste of appts me keep having to go to the surgery to get them. Not to mention that it's not the best place for me to be hanging around when i'm trying to avoid germs  My consultant has written to them to say I'll need to be on them for at least 3 months but still I have to keep going back. Still, I shouldn't moan, maybe they just like to see me :p

So got back home and baby asleep again in car seat so have managed a little catch up and a cuppa :D

Considering rebelling and going to do proper shop at Ts this afternoon. After all, can't face many more bugs than I have already today. Usually do online shop but by the time I got around to it last night they'd run out of delivery slots for today :o I could get it delivered tomorrow instead but meals planned around deals etc and many finish today. Out of interest does anyone know what time they update website with offers that start tomorrow?

GoCat, I won 2 packs of cereal the very first time I played the Dorset cereal game back in Oct/Nov time. Played almost every day since but not won anything else

    Hello logie :)
You sound very upbeat :( It can be inconvenient going back and forth to the doctors :( I often think they make work for themselves :rotfl:My gp would love to get rid of my hubby as he costs too much in anti rejection tabs  he is not shifting though :D
    Take care xxx
