Afternoon just put all the shopping away and am pleased to say my new freezer is full to the brim thanks to Lala :T.Also lots of nice orangey smelling satumas (lala had all the ladies in the fruit isle all having a good smell of the oranges)she never ceases to amaze me that DD of mine;)
Now I am all nice and warm again and well stocked up I dont mind if it snows :snow_laug:snow_laug:snow_laug:snow_laug0 -

Melt a knob of butter in a pan. Add a tablespoon of plain flour. Gradually add milk, whisking all the time to prevent lumps forming. Add black pepper and mustard to taste.
Add grated cheese.
Pour over par boiled cauliflower. Sprinkle cheese on top

That looks lushI make mine with broccoli too just to mix up the colours a bit
