Melt a knob of butter in a pan. Add a tablespoon of plain flour. Gradually add milk, whisking all the time to prevent lumps forming. Add black pepper and mustard to taste.

    Add grated cheese.

Pour over par boiled cauliflower. Sprinkle cheese on top

Flash in a hot oven for 15 mins:)

    Yummy, that looks nice. :T

The beach was my playground when I was a kid so I'm afraid I don't appreciate it as I should and I remember the Marina as dockland which was a very scary place to be. It's very scary now when you price up a cup of coffee and an ice cream for the kids:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

But you win some and you loose some, managed to get the right time for Sainsbobs whoopsies this afternoon, filled all gaps in the freezer, must have about £40 worth down to a tenner and used up my BM and my final spend about £6 :T

One thing I got was 3 lots of Chicken chow mein ready meal for £1.47 - normally £10.50  So I am going to do a Chinese themed menu one night this week. What can you have with Chicken chow mein to make it more of a meal ???

Hi sis did you stick to the nsd today x

Hi sis How are you, I rang Mum earlier and she told me it was not going to snow over there. We still don't have any in L**ds. Yeah I did really well, NSD today. I recycled the glass that's as close to a shop I got.

I still have no room in freezer despite taking things out. Roll on 4 weeks. I will be eating raw salmon from the freezer at this rate just to make room.
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.
