remember when I lost £1 while using the SS tills in T's the other day? (it fell down the back and I didn't notice at the time) I was in the store again today. Went to the same SS till and guess what I found? my £1:rotfl: it had fallen right down the back of the till:rotfl:

Hi sally06 I hope you are well, I wish you could come and drive me to work I could just keep my eyes closed then and pretend it's not snowing. :rotfl:
Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

    Just returned from shopping.
OH took a watch back to Argos that had stopped working after 9 months (he felt a bit sheepish as I'd grumbled about him spending £90 on it in the first place - it's. One of them chronograph ones I'd expected battery to last longer than 9 months!!) strangely they accepted it back with no arguments so he bought a £140 that never needs a new battery again. (kinetic?) this one better last a decade!!!

Popped into the new S (very posh and clean!!) not been in S in years and got abrand match voucher for 2p - lol. Wasn't impressed to be told my plenty coupon was fake! I printed it off the website myself! I grumbled till they accepted it though (do they have a policy not to?)

I really need to practice getting shopping bill down, you guys are such pros at it!!

    New Sainsbobs? Where are you?

    Evening all.

OH and I are off out to see Jack Reacher, parents are keeping the kids for a couple of hours.

Thanks very much Iamsohappy, a very sweet gesture and much appreciated. This is a great thread with a real community spirit.

I will be interested to hear what you think of this one - I certainly enjoyed the film but he is not my idea of Jack. Too little, too lightweight and not 'dark' enough.

Just got the Mirror and in the magazine there is a scratch card. I got three as there was two in the rack and it was the last paper so would be rude not too. :D

    Anyway I won £1 off a £1 minimum spend and 2 £2 off a £2 minimum spend. :)
