Apparently as of yesterday, Ts aren't accepting any competitor coupons
My poor mum tried to use a Marksies fiver and was told in store that they don't accept them. It was pointed out that they advertise that they do but store said they don't accept the current fivers. Told mum to phone head office and according to them, as of yesterday they no longer accept any competitor coupons, APG, BM, conditional spend or otherwise.
I've posted on FB to try and get a straight answer. Wish me luck :rotfl:

A reply already. Get asking for your £5 back.
Hi Mags,
I can confirm these vouchers are still being accepted within Northern Ireland although have been stopped else where.
Thanks,

I had a funny feeling my mum was fobbed off. She's getting her £5 back but it's cost her in being humiliated in store and having to waste time being told porkies by CS and then me being told what we already knew which is they haven't stopped taking them!No one can make you feel inferior without your consent ~ Eleanor Roosevelt0

Hi ya,
Cheeky question but do you mind if I join you?
I've been 'stalking (for want of a better word ) your sparkly Christmas thread for a couple of weeks and wanted to possibly join earlier.
Only just realised I've been browsing all this time as any unregistered member hence me being a brand new user.
So if it's OK can I maybe stay?
Would love to have people to chat to
