I do not understand why people never put the details of item no. / seller / buyer in this forum.
If for no other reason, then people can avoid them in future, and I can chuck a stone or two at them too :-)0 -
I dont think anyone in their right mind would buy anything from him. I was forced to by a nagging neice who wanted a beat bullying band- did not realise that the bully was selling them! Im totally against buying these bands when the money is not going to charity but teenagers have a will of their own ,and logic does not bond well with them. His user ID is electronics*avenue and he has now started to sell things in an auction situation instead of immediaste payment. Ebay emailed me yesterday to say thay are not doing anything about it all. They say their is not enough evidence and meanwhile today he will be elegible to serve me with a strike ! I have reported him for fee avoidance, incorrect info etc plus the false strike and blackmailing. And what happens - nothing , makes you lose heart.
Why is he so manaic why I give him a neg and so desperate to have my comments removed. He still can not prove he posted it ! :eek:
UPDATE- found something well suspicious.He has left feedback for a xiod*limited however this is my sellers paypal address ! He has left feedback for himself plus his other account has been closed down with very bad comments .Mmmmm can that be acted on ?0 -

This seller is doing this to others , he needs to be stopped. I emailed a girl who had left him negative feedback saying to do a chargeback. This is the email she sent me within minutes -
" Thank you, he has been bullying me to, I dont know what item you bought (or tried to) but I was buying an anti bullying band (ironic), I was quite upset as he was calling me a liar, but you cannot believe how you note has made me feel so much better, thank you again, take care, "
Has anyone any ideas of what to do, I told her to report him as well, but as I said ebay have not being bothering. He must be doing it to others too who are to frightened to leave feedback. I hate bullys and scammers !!0
