Would this be termed threatening ?

Hi
Been having a dispute with a seller who never sent my goods, refused a refund and who I have had to do my first chargeback. Finally contacts me after I leave him a negative, two weeks after he promised a refund, saying this -

"Would you like to withdraw this feedback, i'm an honest person.
I will refund but if you receive the goods and are lying about it god is watching U"

Now he is not in the least bit honest, suprised he can spell the word. Would I be able to forward this to ebay ? I am really get fed up with him now as I do think hge is operating a scam .His listings claim he has 2300 of the product he is selling ! I have reported that to ebay under my power seller report thing ( only found it the otherday ). But I am dismaid to think that yet another scum seller is ripping people off. His auctions are all buy it now so once you have paid your money - tough.

Seems like he's trying mind games..I'd ignore his offer of a refund as the chargeback will take care of that anyway. Forward it to ebay. The more complaints that stack against dodgy sellers like this, the more ebay will (hopefully) be prompted to take action.

The first comment he made, although stupid, wouldnt have bothered me much, its the sort of daft phrase some extreme religious people might use, though his actions since sound more worrying, I wouldnt have any contact if I was you, what message did he leave?
Aha, so thats how you do a signature!

Holy smock, I'd NEVER have my home Telephone number registered with EBay !!

I have an old PAYG mobile for that job. Get yourself a free sim, an old handset, and use that. It has to be better than using your home phone? :D

I tried that but the same idiot who is annoying me now reported me to ebay for false contact details. Ebay told me to put my phone number in .

He has phoned again saying he is an honest bussiness man etc and wants the neg removed. I told him if he is honest my neg should not bother him ( although he has several neutrals and negs already), if he sent peoples goods out in time, or sent them at all he should never have any problems. He told me if I dont remove it I will get a strike . Told him all about the rules he is breaking, told him he can threaten me with what he wants - the more he threatens the more I will report - I will not be blackmailed. Strange someone is so desperate to get the neg removed - unless it is stating the truth. He eventually hung up on me , hurrah !:j I must admit I was getting a bit scared but he got me really angry when he phoned and once I spoke to him. I really hate this type of seller and Im a hundred percent sure he is operating a scam - and ebay well they are doing nothing so far.

Since when did it have to be a home phone?

It's soooooooo long since I registered my accounts that it might well have changed, but I don't see why it should have. :(
