Do these actually work I wonder - after a summer of walking barefoot in the garden I have carthorse feet :D

Yes those are the ones! I had one when they were £9.99 and first came out, I couldn't get the suckers to stick to my bath so it kept sliding everywhere!

I recommend a bowl a soapy hot water followed by lashing of Vaseline with socks on overnight! :)

Boofle wooden letters for 39p http://www.boofledirect.co.uk/boofle-gifts/wooden-letters.html?p=1

all in a basket so had to sort through but I manged to get my sons name, dad and nan going to put these in the hampers. I could have got daddy and nanny they had the letters but I am on a budget :o. I also got mum for my hamper but they didn't have 'u' so I got 'c' and will stand on its side :rotfl:

Thanks for this and I also managed to find the letters for my daughter's name. Silly Question I know, but how are you planning to hang them up? individual nails? I thought they could be glued on, so was planning for her bedroom door. But there is no way I can put 7 nails on the door! Maybe I could put them on a string and then hang on 2 nails?

    Any ideas/suggestions welcome.

I would use either glue or pritt pads or you could glue then to a batten and nail or screw that to the door.

  • I found 2 different bags of the Lego Friends animal mini sets, for £1.99 so half price - they had the lion and the panda. Might be handy as stocking fillers.... :)

I wasn't going to hang mine just stand them up along the top of the bookshelf.

I did notice they had little hanging hooks on the back but not sure how that would work as they would look better flat against a door. If you want them to go on a door I would try to stick with some double sided foam tape. Are you able to pick up another one (any letter) so you can practice and test with that first to see what it would look like.

Hi, quick one from me. My child found these today.

Box of 10 "twinkies" for £2.99 or 2 for a pound.

Great if you like American stuff, also had boxes of American candy which is in pound shops for 99p.
  • Found Napolina pizza bases (boxes of 2) 99p in Cheltenham store - noticed these were £1.68 in Asda.

re pizza bases - they always seem to have these in, have been buying them for a while.
  • Was in my local Home Bargains store and they have some lovely skin products by a company called Fair Naturally.

All the products were 49p. I have tried a couple of them and I'm impressed.

Here is the website if people want to check it out.
