Oral B compatible toothbrush heads in Canterbury store yesterday, these are the small round toothbrush heads. £3.99 as opposed to genuine Oral B heads which cost I think around £10 for 4 if not more. These fit really nicely, I have bought non-Oral B heads from Ebay for a bit cheaper, but they never worked properly. These are fine.

I got some ronseal decking stain in my local. £8.99 for 2.5L, was £28.99 at homebase.

Philadelphia Simply Stir Mushroom Cooking Sauce 49p....cheapest at the moment is morrisons for £1... then asda £1.50 and £2 at tesco.

Thanks for posting about the stir-in sauces luvvlyjubbly Needed the mushroom ones for to make a chicken and leek pie and so popped in to HB's and got 2 and saved myself £3.02 as I would normally just have got them in Tescos.

Out store has not long got the fridge/freezer section, so I'd have never have thought of going in there to look, even though I go in fairly regularly.

Heron Stores often do these, sometimes at 3 for a £1. sometimes 49p each. Just as an aside, I've used them after the use by (or sell by?) date, without a problem. Oh, and they're nice, thinned down, with mushrooms added, as a soup.

Thanks, that's handy to know! I ended up only using 1 and a bit pouches so I'll have the rest with some tuna, sweet corn and pasta tomorrow for lunch!

Packs of 5 blank cards, including envelopes. Some coloured, some plain- watering cans, handbags, high heels, square cut out windows on a rectangle, trophies, t-shirts, beer mugs and more! Plain cards in every colour of the rainbow with matching envelopes- all A6 size. 29p a pack- best bargain of my life!

Also Gerbera plants for 99p. Yellow, orange, pink, red & white. Lovely for yourself or a gift!

Thanks for this. I send parcels to family who live abroad. I have to include my name, address etc. I find that a ready printed label stuck onto a blank card with a little note to the recipient does the job nicely! (Not as many notelets about these days for some reason, maybe people don't send them these days?)

I am popping up to MK tomorrow and see there are 2 Home Bargains in Bletchley. Anyone know which is the best one to visit or do they have exactly the same stuff. Why are there 2 in the same town ? Thanks Caroc
