If your business in anyway depends on your iternet connection, then the only worse choice I can think of than TalkTalk is Primus, since their CS is near to non-existent.
If you run your business on a residential contract then you are technically in breach of the T&C's anyway,

Macman, whilst I appreciate you taking the time to contribute I can't help but note that your contributions are inherently negative.

If Primus is that bad then I wonder why Martin Lewis would recommend it.

martin lewis recomends on price, I have to agree primus is very poor. If you want a good reliable service have a look at 02

It's Money Saving Expert. Of course Martin Lewis is going to recommend the cheapest of the cheap, it's what the site is about. Cheap is not always the best though.

Another vote from me to avoid Primus.
