Formal ATOS Complaint: Write to ATOS customer services and label as a formal written complaint. When fobbed off, escalate to second tier. When fobbed off, escalate to Independent Tier. ATOS have targets that 19 out of 20 of their assessments remain fit for purpose, so earlier tiers are often fruitless.
Complaint procedure is here: http://dwpnegligence.wordpress.com/2012/11/27/atos-complaints-procedure/
Complaint to NMC: Details here. They will probably do very little but it is good to build up a case history: http://www.nmc-uk.org/patients-public/Reporting-a-nurse-or-midwife-to-the-NMC/
MP: Copy correspondence to your MP and possibly Michael Meecher
As the poster above intimated, ATOS and the DWP are currently quite unaccountable for their actions, but the more (legitimate) complaints which are highlighted, the better.
Best of luck with it,
Dee

Oh please don't jest so much. I had recordings of 2 of my partners assessments including one of doctor aggression and impropriety (in addition, both showed that the assessments bore no resemblance to the report). You refused to accept them as the assessor didn't know he was being recorded. How can you possibly say that you investigate properly ?
In all 3, you repeatedly stated they were fit for purpose repeatedly until intervention from my MP and the involvement of your independent tier.

Perhaps this case and many many many many more poor quality WCAs carried out by atos has eventually persuaded Hoban to remove atos's monopoly on the WCA.

That would be the same Mark Hoban who :
- used to work for PWC URL="http://www.accountingweb.co.uk/group/election-2010-discussion-group/mark-hoban-conservative-fareham"]Price Waterhouse Cooper[/URL
- and the same Mark Hoban who took over £22,000 in non - cash donations from PWC
- that's the same PWC that was paid £2.7 mi££ion to look in to mortality rates at the NHS
- and the same PWC whose inside knowledge of the UK treasury helps URL="http://www.guardian.co.uk/business/2013/apr/26/accountancy-firms-knowledge-treasury-avoid-tax"]conflict of interest[/URL tax avoiders for money
- and the same PWC that gave Davy boy half a mi££ion + donations to the Tory party
So the man responsible for sorting out ATOS, used to work for PWC, took a £22k non - cash donation, his party took a £2.7 mi££ion cash donation .. .. yes he, in my opinion, is a good man for the job !Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. I try to be an even-handed poster and accept that you at times may not agree with these opinions or how I choose to express them, this is not my problem. Hi schrodie
I’m here to help people through the WCA process by answering questions they have about it. I can’t comment on things like this, but you can read the Atos Healthcare Press Statement.“Official Company Representative
