Didn't dispatches and panorama find out they were target driven among other things. their target was to only let around about 20% of claimants pass the medical or something iir correctly. i may be wrong thoughCashBack earned to date - £1244-580 -

You are so very correct.0 -
So let see what ATOS is saying
ATOS are supposed to be qualified in health issues but they go against all medical Doctors that are qualified in a particular field.
You would think they would back up the evidence not try to go against it ?
Because lets face it what other profession does this ? I know you can have a second opinion but to just overrule it is not ethical.
So Atos rule, it's either their way or the highway and forget about the people that need the care and the support.0 -

It is strange isn't it ?
A HCPs report calling a report by my partners specialist team "not medically reasonable" (and no further detail) has been used to deny benefits to her for around 14 months now. I asked ATOS what basis this was and what specialised knowledge he has (I wasn't being awkward but the report was provided by the leading specialist hospital in the country for her disability) and the only reply I got was that he doesn't have to be a specialist in the field.
Fortunately his report has now been declared as not fit for purpose.

This thread is a waste of time as the ATOS rep is just using it as a PR excercise. Its time to pull the plug.0

- correct, and the figure from the ATOS staff trainer in that report was 13%Disclaimer : Everything I write on this forum is my opinion. I try to be an even-handed poster and accept that you at times may not agree with these opinions or how I choose to express them, this is not my problem. I don't know how they can sleep at night
ATOS are just following a script and doing what they are told by the big boys.
If you put someone in a work place that is on strong medication and unfit to work it's going to back fire on them, it's like going to work on a belly full of beer it's asking for trouble and someone is going to have a serious accident or cause a serious one.
What health and safety officer would let that happen because if they did you could sue the butt off them.
So if a ATOS so called doctor ? had a accident at work who would assess them and would they pass an ESA medical ? makes you wonder who is itching who's back don't it.
Just like some that are trying to make a claim for ESA through an accident at work would they struggle to get what they deserve.
Makes you wonder don't it ?0 -

Don't help them.
It's a chat bot. Every thing you say to it will help them improve it so you don't even have to see a human to be awarded zero points.
A human wouldn't be able to repeat such generic tosh without their head exploding by now.I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.Yup you are officially Rock n Roll0 -
