Has anyone had any problems recently with Harris Polls? I claimed 25 pound voucher which so far has failed to arrive and their contact us has not been working for several days?0

Can I just say that Toluna are a bunch of shysters?
Missing points, looong redemption periods, 25min + surveys that you "fail to qualify" for after answering hundreds of questions.
Awful, awful company.0 -

You mean doing surveys when abroad on holiday or living abroad?
Because I do many surveys when I am on holiday in my home country but then my profile info (address etc.) is still valid and truthful obviously. Only few sites prevent you from doing surveys abroad. Most of them are fine.0 -

I have been doing surveys with Valued Opinions for some time and knew that I must be close to my next redemption threshold. I went into my account and find that VO are now charging 50p for every £10 reward that you claim. This is for both posted or e-mailed vouchers.
This is apparently quite a recent thing and has caused a real uproar amongst members.
I have to say that I have generally found VO to be prompt with their rewards dispatch and have never had a problem with getting credits added to my account. But as some surveys only pay 50p that is doing one for nothing, so I am looking elsewhere.0 -
why not to collect substantial amount of many i.e. £30-£50 and then cash out? Then 50p would not matter that much.0

The best thing you can do with survey sites is to cash out as soon as possible, assuming that the reward value to points doesn't increase.
To be honest I'm going to ditch Opinionworld & Valued Opinions as soon as I reach the next pay-out, I've found the rewards decreasing and decreasing, pretty soon the average points per survey for Opinionworld will be 25 points (wow 25p for a 30 minutes survey!)
Most likely companies are not paying as much as they used to, or with more people out there trying to make a little bit of money the ability of that 'golden' survey is harder to find.0 -
I made a thread for this elsewhere but I think no-one is seeing it - could do with some help i.e. wondering if anyone else experiencing the same -
