  • MoonDragon,

The problem people here are having with regards to your situation is that you muddy the waters with information that is not relevant, has no bearing on the situation or is difficult to parse the meaning of. You should focus on laying out problems in short manageable portions, separating facts from opinion and ideas from plans.

Furthermore you should try and set a specific goal and do what you need to achieve that goal, throughout this topic you have presented new problems and ideas ("how much I can claim for Breach of Quiet Enjoyment?") which further confuses people and will do nothing to achieve your needed resolution.

This topic is full of confusion, you may wish to consider creating a new topic outlining exactly where you are with regards to your eviction, the problems you need to solve and the resolution you're looking for, this will allow people to help you.

When I create a new topic as you suggest regarding my housing it is merged with the present one.

I think some are being a bit harsh on the OP. While his story is quite confusing and a bit all over the place, he seems to be struggling and could do without the criticism.
Faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

Moon dragon I haven't read all your posts but just wanted to offer you a bit of sympathy.

You are obviously a very intelligent person but life shouldn't be so much of a struggle. If you are unwell and having money problems and landlord problems, only you can change these things.

Being in a stressful environment is damaging to your health. You are feeling opposition at every turn and are not strong enough to fight.

Do you have any family or friends you can stay with who can look after you and support you to full strength, mentally and physically?

When you are in a better state of mind and your health is improved you will be able to concentrate on your business or get a job, then find a flat and maybe repay that family member and have a better quality of life.

What's the point of being unhappy and fighting with people and thinking of ways to hurt others?

As Vicky Pryce has discovered when she tried to bring her ex-husband Chris Huhne down due to his infidelity, vengeance hurts the aggrieved more than the abuser.

It is difficult to let injustices go but sometimes for the sake of our own sanity and health we must extricate ourselves from these situations and focus on our own happiness.

There are lessons to be learned in everything life throws our way. What is life trying to teach you at the moment?

I hope I don't sound simplistic or patronising. I just don't like to feel your pain and it is coming across in your posts that you are being attacked in real life and on these boards and only you can change this.

This is the problem : this thread become too long and it seems like most people does not read at least page 1 to 3 before to give their point of view.

Nothing is confusing if one read each to understand what is exatly happening : a landlord is presently sending me to court (after has several times tried to unlawfully evict me) and in the defence form sent to me I am asked if their I have a counterclaim : the answer is YES!
The moderator can close this thread if he want because I do not find the conversations from page 4 until here useful and I really does not presently have the energy to repeat myself while everything that is happening are already detailed in the first pages.
From now, I will not intervene anymore in this thread.
