When it comes to compensation for health impacts - I've no idea. Maybe someone else can advise?
I have just talked about my job interviews in my lasts post.

The £10 000 is for the whole [please let me remind that I am suffering severe chronic headache since 2007 and have sicke cells problems http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sickle-cell_disease ( i am heterozygous)] .

The whole? Since 2007 - I thought you lived in a hotel for 4 years during that period? And I thought you felt that a previous employer was responsible for your health problems?

I'm just getting more confused so can't really offer any more advice.

I think your english is better than mine:

    I have said :
So how much do you think the fact that a landlord have 'locked' me inside the property for 6 days has negative impact on my health (in physically and psycholoically)?
    Then:
The £10 000 is for the whole [please let me remind that I am suffering severe chronic headache since 2007 and have sicke cells problems http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sickle-cell_disease ( i am heterozygous)]
The context is the hardship despite of the fact they know I am sick and they are harassing me.

And you can go and take any subject of my topics : they will remained logical since the only mistake I have made was to have left the issues to accumulate and now causing a kind of 'snowball' effect.

Read the wiki link I have provided to you carefully before to come to make free trouble: Usually AS can leave normally if they are not put in extrem conditions.

Once again : yes i am really revolted against so much dishonest people, full of prejudice that think they know someone just because the person has open numerous topics in a short time interval....

I have you a single simple question: just your idea and you were not able to answer so I really do not see the point of wasting my time with you while I have to finish to draft my defense today. Do no take it wrong but you really don't seem to be a person I can exchange with (that is life), also from now I will only be focused on positive contributors (and are also obviously with positive vibrations...).

If you claim £100 for general disruption, or maybe a fraction of the rent since the disruption started ....

You have a genetic disorder that has nothing to do with your landlord. The same with the headaches. You might be awarded a couple of hundred pounds by a sympathetic judge.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Hello GDB2222, can you please explain why it is request to be quiet in hospitals (even if we are not responsible of the sickness of patient who may have headache in the hospital)?

I think i will postpone my couterclaim since it must be done by an expert and frankly i prefer to worry in priority to my health. At the meantime until I find another accommodation, if I do not sue this landlord he will continue his harassment.

    Hello,

I have presently another issue as a result of the previous landlord harassment: I have receive an irregular and expensive mobile phone bills (when i was locked inside the property for 5 days and don't have a landline) since I have called (0845 numbers) a lot shelter, community advice center (refered by shelter) for legal advice in goal to make the landlord give me a copy of the new key.

I would also like to know if I could deduct this phone bill (around £100) from the next rent because if i pay this bill I will have one or two weeks delay in my rent and the landlord could use this last against me (serve me a section 8 notice).

Rather than pay for premium lines such as 0845 use a clever little website called https://www.saynoto0870.co.uk . most times you will get a normal landline number to the same phone.

I also saw an equally confusing post on Consumer Action Group...most of the advice there was ignored :(
