02 vs Virgin Mobile

I've had new handsets couriered out the next day by Virgin - was with them for a good few years and only switched recently (wanted a nicer handset than anything they were doing and their new tariffs weren't fantastic anymore)... since I switched they've been pains in the rear sending me texts saying I'm due to be billed, yet confirming the account's closed, and now sending me texts saying I have no bill this month (I know - quit texting me!)... it's like trying to get a dumped lover to take the hint it's over trying to leave 'em!

Mildly irritating in the overseas callcentre stakes but nowhere near the levels of annoyance of Virgin broadband, or Three.

I ordered 2 sim only deals for virgin via carphone warehouse.

Mine is supposed to be £10 per month but I've been put on £12. Customer services told me not to worry there will be a £2 discount !?!

My partner is supposed to be on £7 per month but I've just checked and she has been put on pay as you go!!!

Dont worry, it says £12 on the bill, then they credit me £2 discount every month, giving me a £10 bill, thats what I pay: £10.

The package is the £12 package, hence thats their starting point.

As for your partner, call CS to clarify, as I cant help with that one
