Well this week (6) is my build week so little Percy should be getting built as we speak but does anyone know according to this info when i should actually receive the car?
I dont want to keep getting on my dealers nerves by emailing but i havent been given a delivery date or anything.
This is my first new car so understandably im a tad excited.
Just want it to hurry up and get here! SA seems so far away lol
xxx:p
Depends where it is built and when it will get allocated a berth on the next ship across and how far you are from the port. I had an Audi which took just 4 days from leaving the factory to me picking it up, a week is more realistic.
Just ensure you aren't too excited when you pick it up. Handover should take at least an hour. Take your time and check everything as some cars are delivered with faults.0 -

Oh nothing... just wondering how you expect us to know when you shiny new toy arrives thats all. Even if we did know the answer, I doubt that the options you have had and the price you have paid would be relevant. If it's your first brand new car, why not contact you local rag to get them to take a pic of you being handed the keys? _party_
AND before you even think it, I am on my 13th brand new car atm.
As someone has pointed out, it will be more beneficial for you to wait until at least March 1st when the 13 plate comes out. :idea:PLEASE NOTEMy advice should be used as guidance only. You should always obtain face to face professional advice before taking any action.0 -

I have requested a 13 plate car, there is no need to be patronising.
You are obviously very successful to be able to afford 13 brand new cars so fair play and well done... as this is my first i am not used to receiving 'Shiny new toys' so excuse me if im a little shy on the facts and a little more excited than most
Thank you to others who actually comment back with something useful
