  • Me too heronfolder. Am assuming I will get my money back in the next day or two. I still have not heard from my Seller, I looked up their buying activity and they have bought two items in the last week so am hoping I get my money back ASAP.

Good luck with getting your money back.

Just thought it was strange they have paid for items since I opened a case yet have not responded to the dispute.

  • Paypal found in my favour too so that's £72 back to me! *phew*
  • Glad you got yours back OK too, yours was for a lot more than mine so must have been very annoying for you.

One less thing to worry about now!

  • I thought i'd take a look at the seller's feedback and it's dropped from 66% to 50% now as someone else had an item not arrive, theirs was £140!

This is what they left "Item never sent, very poor communications, ebay case opened and won. AVOID"

I didn't mention the case in my feedback - thought if you did then that's a case for feedback removal?
