Morning all, had a lovely time yesterday at the knit and stitch show with my mum (crafty crafty)

Now for my update, number 3 and 4 are done, pictures below. I've started 2/4 for number 7 and I'm making a start on 8 today. I've added number 10 and 11, but still haven't decided on 12-13


1 - sew 12 little stockings and make up into proper stockings

2 - lets sew

3- big stocking for dn1

4- big stocking for dn2

5- big stocking and birth sampler, bf baby

6- sewing keeper for mum

7- 4 Bella and boo cross stitches (1/4 done)

8- quilting

9- rug for dd bedroom

10- decopage books for dd room

11- stocking and birth sampler for cousins baby

12-

13-

So that 6/13 done!

I am still working hard on my (first ever) cross stitch-managing about an hour a day and reckon i'm probably about 1/3 done. Still enjoying it but the reverse side leaves a lot to be desired!!! lol!!!!

i think im going to alter my list as i was a little ambitious! theres a few (machine) sewing projects on there and i just cant get my head around it.

i will post a revised list later.

i will also post a pic of my ds1 later in his incredible hulk costume that i made yesterday for comic relief at school (superheroes theme)

but for now, i am going to have a cuddle and snooze with ds2 on the sofa befor ei pick the kids up as i was up really late last night thanks to dd being sick!

My cookie monster, could have done better with more time and just from experience, its all a learning curve.

I've started a new project too and I think its another one I can get done fairly quickly so I'll have to add it to my list. I am uncycling one of my old shirts into a dress for DD, so far I'm really pleased with the results but its all cut in pieces at the moment so who knows how it'll turn out. Really all I'm doing is putting off doing the knitting which is going to take ages and a lot more concentration.

Its a hundred times better than I would of done - well done you.

Still working away on purple work - itching to do some more sandy hook squares

Could have proabably matched up some better patterns if I looked through the stuff in the loft but this was all her more recently outgrown stuff I had to hand. She loves dresses so it'll be perfect for mucking about in at the beach or in the backgarden, can keep her bought dresses for nice then. I still need to think of 3 more projects and my knitting ones are going to take a lot longer to do. Cookie monster costume is getting there too, has to be finished by Friday, it wont be perfect as its rushed but it does look like a cookie monster.
