Yea, not sure thats correct, as the report back from FGA goes into a fair bit of detail on their investigation. Unless they've just made all that up?
Three week turnaround= auto payout=no investigation.

What is the correct postal address for PPI Complaints submitted to FGA Capital re payment protection on car finance? I have an address in Leeds but the postcode sends me to GE Capital which I assume is not correct? Thanks for any help.

Your complaint is pre-regulation, as you've been informed elsewhere.
  • Hi All, I took a car loan out with FGA in 2006 and am making a claim for mis selling, but i can not find the correct address to send the form to. Does anyone have the department and address to send this to?

    Morning everyone,

I'm sorry if this has been asked before!

Just a quick update for anyone interested.

I received a cheque yesterday from FGA Capital for nearly £1700. I must say, I'm glad I'd sent the paperwork off before posting on this forum as I doubt I'd have followed through after I'd read some of the replies.

    Cheers, Davybro.

Davybro - Please can I ask where you got the form and address from?

I have my car finance with FGA Capital and I'm going to investigate this further, but I've been scouring the web and can't seem to find anything!

    Thank you,

    Hi everyone,

Just to add to my prior post - I have e-mailed FGA Capital this afternoon and received the following response:

"Payment Protection Insurance is not something we sell or offer with our finance agreements."

Surely this cannot be the case after reading some of your posts on here?
