Just a quick update for anyone interested.
I received a cheque yesterday from FGA Capital for nearly £1700. I must say, I'm glad I'd sent the paperwork off before posting on this forum as I doubt I'd have followed through after I'd read some of the replies.
Cheers, Davybro.0 -
If you were certain you had been missold, you would have filled the forms and sent them off no matter what you were told hereNon me fac calcitrare tuum culi0

If you have a valid complaint with evidence to support then you'll win redress. You can't complain simply because you have a PPI policy, it has to have been mis-sold to you.
The company in question should be irrelevant to your likelihood of success.0 -

Three weeks does suggest auto payout and the amount is in the typical auto payout range since the FOS PPI fees went up.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0

Well done.
Yea, not sure thats correct, as the report back from FGA goes into a fair bit of detail on their investigation. Unless they've just made all that up?0 -
