Having worked with a number of them, I realise marketing depts tend to have a great idea (say a money winning comp. to attract attention) then leave it up to someone else to actually make happen. This PR failure appears to be a glorious shot in the foot by Next, showing off their IT systems are lame at best and then they fail to react quickly to problems, blaming potential new customers for their lack of rigorous testing.
Can't imagine any new, potential customers would now be trusting Next to deliver their goods or handle their personal details if they can't sort out a simple competition/data capture exercise.

Hi! Couple of weeks ago at Next they were giving away £10 off your first order vouchers (min. spend £15) at Next Direct. If you used the code on the voucher you were entered into £15k draw.
It looks like the competition is running but with changed rules and the link posted in this thread is old and even if you enter the rules for 2013 comp will say that your entry is invalid :doh:Comping since August 2012.

Sorry to bump people, but I like a lot of people have been trying to enter this one for months...to cut a long story short I had a chat with an IT guru at work, told him my problem, told him what i'd tried, and I had tried all the usual stuff.
He suggested going to their comp page, ( the one that says enter details) then clicking on the link, and copying it. Then come out completely, and google "next" when the options come up enter their home page, then paste the comp page address in the address bar. Then enter details.
well it only worked !:j, so I'm in entered comp, end of problem for me, so if you're still trying to enter this one, give it a go !
