This worked for me yesterday. I just kept trying, eventually it worked! I used Roboform to fill the form. Thank you for trying to help me but I did that already.
I have been trying to see if I liked the same competition 2 years ago and went through many unlikes yet I have't found anything. I wonder why they haven't solved the problem when apparently they themselves have acknowleged it.

Have you experienced this or other problems before on the NEXT website?
If yes, please advise on what problems you have experienced also was it a specific time these issues occur?
What device did you used I.E Computer or Laptop?
Browser used when going on the Internet? I.E. Internet Explorer, Firefox?
Are you using a search engine to go to the Next website?
If no how are you getting the Next website?
Have you made sure cookies are enabled?
Have you deleted cookies/Cache?
If you have not yet delete or enabled the cookies please may I ask you to do this.
Has the problem been resolved?
If yes, did you do anything different?
Please advise on any other information you feel is relevant.
We really do appreciate your time and feedback.

Having worked with a number of them, I realise marketing depts tend to have a great idea (say a money winning comp. to attract attention) then leave it up to someone else to actually make happen. This PR failure appears to be a glorious shot in the foot by Next, showing off their IT systems are lame at best and then they fail to react quickly to problems, blaming potential new customers for their lack of rigorous testing.
Can't imagine any new, potential customers would now be trusting Next to deliver their goods or handle their personal details if they can't sort out a simple competition/data capture exercise.0
